Congratulations on purchasing a Tacpac Set!

Follow these instructions to access your Tacpac sets.

1. Receiving your email

Please use the instructions in your email to access your account. If you have not received an email with your log in details in it, please check your junk folder and make sure that Tacpac is recognised as a safe contact. If you still can’t find your email with your log in details in it, please contact office@tacpac.co.uk.

Go to the homepage of the website and click on ‘my account’ in the top right hand corner. Then add your email address to the ‘username’ box and your password below.

If you want to use the app, go to the app store on your phone or tablet and search for ‘Tacpac’. Download the app. Then sign in with your email address and password. You will only need to do this once on the app.

2. Accessing your details and subscription

To edit your details and change your password use the My Account options after you sign in.

Click on the Subscription Set x to view your Subscriptions.

3. Accessing your Tacpac Set

To access all your sets (depending on how many you are subscribed to), please select from the list

4. Using your Set

Finally, follow the instructions on your Tacpac resources page and scroll down to see the videos and music tracks. You’ll find the instruction sheets and record keeping sheets at the bottom.

You can listen to your TACPAC music on any phone or tablet

When your Tacpac Set is activated you have full access to videos, guides, printable resources and our specially written music on the website – this is streamed from the website and requires a good internet connection. However for some users, a good internet connection is not always possible.

Introducing our music apps

Our app is designed to be used when you want to play the music but don’t have internet access. You can easily wire up your phone or tablet to an external speaker for a high quality, digital sound.

How do I set up the Tacpac app?

Download the app from the app store on your phone or tablet (please see below)
While you have internet connection, log in to your app using the same username or email and password as you do for your website account.
The app will then synchronise with your account. Once this is done in a matter of moments, you are ready to play your Tacpac music from the app. You will not need to log in to the app again and you will not need the internet to play all of the music.

Troubleshooting

I can’t log in to my app.

Please check and make sure you have internet access.
Go to the website page tacpac.co.uk/my-account/ and login to make sure your username/email and password are correct
Logout and retry on your app
