TACPAC is an award-winning communication resource using touch and music for those with sensory processing disorder. TACPAC has grown considerably since it’s inception in 2009 and the success of our training courses means we are now looking for one more trainer to join the team.
Today TACPAC reaches people of all ages and abilities, all over the World, and is practiced in countries as far afield as Canada, Sweden, Tanzania, Chad & Australia. You will deliver one-day trainings (online and face to face) of different levels (e.g Essential, Advanced) on the effective use of TACPAC in a wide range of settings, from schools to care home and various other health and care settings. We would like you to become involved in developing the trainings in keeping with up-to-date trends and contributing to this ever growing resource. You’ll need: • To be passionate about TACPAC and understand and appreciate the positive impact it has on the receiver • To have completed both Essential and Advanced Training Days • To be an experienced TACPAC practitioner • To be confident and experienced in your profession • To be engaging with your audience and to be able to put your message across to those delegates on the training in a way that they understand and enjoy. • To be able to work with a small team where ideas are constantly evolving. • To be able to work from home online, and when the time comes, to travel to venues. • To have a flexi day in your weekly timetable for trainings as some time for training development with the existing trainer.
