Tacpac Sets 1 and 2 – each with six activities, full instructions, access to the app and to the community.  The perfect start to your Tacpac journey.

Description

Each set is divided into 6 activities, each of which uses an every day object and specially composed music that reflects the texture of that particular object. There are deep pressure activities contained within the sets and each one ends with relaxation.

Each set includes the following:

·       6 short instruction videos which take you through every activity. (Streamed via the website).

·       The full music tracks available to play both online (on the website) and offline (on the app).

·       Full Tacpac Activity Sheet which can be downloaded and printed.

·       Record Keeping Guidelines and printable sheet for recording your observations.

·       Access to our online community where you can ask questions, get advice and connect with other Tacpackers around the world.

We recommend you stay with Set 1 for around 6 months. By this time you should be observing better sensory communications from your receiver, and you will be better at delivering a sensory communication session. You can then move on to Set 2 together.

Why do the sets come in pairs?

Our Tacpac Community have suggested buying sets in pairs, to ease the process of obtaining the next set with no time wasted, once you’ve gone through 6 months of one set.

The activities were brilliant for being able to practise the movements to the music in a supportive environment. There was no part of the course that I didn’t enjoy and from which I didn’t learn. Although I have used TACPAC before, I hadn’t considered the importance of unknown music without any connotations attached to it for the receiver. This now makes perfect sense and was a revelation!

I messaged my manager during the break to tell her how amazing the training course is; I didn’t expect it to go into as much detail as it did.
