Password

You won’t need to remember your old password (pre 2023), you just need to enter your email address associated with your TACPAC account and create a new password.

If you are not sure what email you used, please have a look at your email of any emails we have sent you in the past as that is the one that is on our system.

Reset password:

  1. Click on My Account(which takes you to the login screen if not logged in) and select “Forgotten password”.

Username

You won’t need to remember your old username, we no longer use this. You just need to enter your email address associated with your TACPAC account
